Fear and love are two of the most motivating forces. Fear causes us to separate and pull back, closing us off to what life may have to offer. As a result, we see risks instead of opportunities. Whereas, love motivates us to trust and to open up to life’s many opportunities. Love fuels our passion; it feeds our excitement and moves us beyond the challenges into growth.
There’s no denying the amount of fear and anxiety people are experiencing as a result of the coronavirus. To help us move out of the mindset of fear, it helps if we can find and tap into faith, hope, peace and unconditional love. These combined energies are very powerful and support us as we go through these unusual and uncertain times. It’s important we allow ourselves the space in which to find mental clarity and peace of mind.
What Is Faith?
‘Faith is a knowledge within the heart, beyond the reach of proof.’ – Khalil Gibran
Faith is a complete trust in someone or something. Without faith, then we believe that all is lost. When we have faith that things will work out, then we see opportunities, we see the light at the end of the tunnel. When we have faith, it’s easier to have hope.
What Is Hope?
‘Hope is the dream of a waking man.’ – Aristotle
Hope is having the desire for something specific combined with an anticipation of it happening regardless of the odds against it. Having hope makes present hardships less difficult to bear as there’s always a glimmer of hope that things will turn out for the better regardless of the current situation. Hope can be seen as the light at the end of the tunnel where we hold the belief that things will work out in the end and we will find peace.
What is Peace?
‘To experience peace does not mean that your life is always blissful. It means that you are capable of tapping into a blissful state of mind amidst the normal chaos of a hectic life.’ – Jill Bolte Taylor
Peace is freedom from disturbance. When we work through our heart centres, we bypass the ego and access our peaceful state within. When we live our lives in peace, we’re better able to go with the flux (continuous change and instability) and flow (continuous and effortless movement) of life. It’s important to note that we’re designed to adapt to our environment.
What Is Unconditional Love?
‘To fall in love with yourself is the first secret to happiness.’ – Robert Morely
Unconditional love is the purest and most authentic form of love. Loving yourself unconditionally is being able to accept your past and all that’s gone before, devoid of any conditions, expectations, blame or shame. When you love yourself unconditionally, you can stay true to yourself.
This meditation is designed to transform your internal environment to that of faith, hope, peace and unconditional love. Everything is energy. Frequency affects frequency, the lighter energy transmuting the denser energy. When you bring the energy vibrations of faith, hope, peace and unconditional love into fear, the transformation is powerful. As frequency affects frequency.
This meditation is more of a healing process rather than meditation, as it takes you on an inner journey where you bypass your ego and work from your heart centre. From this place of heart coherence, where your brain is in alignment with your heart, you work with the power of intention to direct your subconscious mind to bring about changes on a cellular level. Genuinely transformational and empowering. I refer to this process as ‘Stepping Into Your Light’ and it forms the basis of a technique I call Soul Therapy – Infusion Techniques If you’d like to understand more about this process, click HERE for the blog post.
